 Return Policy

RETURNS
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@playandpublic.com. If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WHAT IS THE RESTOCKING FEE?
No restocking fee

HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING?
No cost when the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be canceled within 12 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the refund may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
